    Kristin Calvert, MS, MAT, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate at People Bloom Counseling in Redmond, WA. A former teacher and school counselor of 20 years, Kristin understands burnout from the inside out.

    She’s a holistic psychotherapist who helps teens (13+), adults, and school professionals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and redefine strength in a world that never slows down. Her work blends knowledge, compassion, and real-life tools for sustainable change — especially for women who are tired of running on empty.

  • You will focus on transitions to and from the floor, leg work, and finding your flow on the floor. With a focus on safety and injury prevention, you'll learn how to safely get down and up from the floor, how to protect your joints, and use this foundation for more advanced moves.
